Perry Hi-Way Hose Company’s social hall is available to rent for weddings, birthdays, dances, stag n drags, and any other social event you can imagine. Our social hall is located at 8281 Oliver Road (1/2 mile past Family First Sports Complex) making it an ideal location to host an event in the central part of Erie County.

HALL FEATURES:
Seating for 350 with room for two buffet tables and dance floor. We can seat 400 with a smaller dance area.  HALL SIZE; 62' wide X 84' long,  Entrance foyer is 20' wide x 30' long.

The new social hall is air conditioned

Ample lighted paved parking area

Tables are 8’ long (70) or 6’ long (30)

Stage area (24” high) measures 12' x 24' in size, big enough for bands or DJ’s

non smoking facility

Food may be cooked on site in our kitchen (we supply only the 6 burner stove and 2 ovens, Ice machine & a large commercial refrigerator) or you can have a catering service of your choice supply the food.

Alcohol (for those 21 years of age and above) can be brought in by the renter or by a bar service of your choice. We have no license for the selling of alcohol.
 (ALL LIABILITY FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IS ON THE RENTER.)

You may access the hall as early as 7 am to set up for your event. (The set up time is not counted in your hours of use)

Please note the new hours for Ann as of September 2018: Thursdays will be 12 noon till 6pm to accommodate people in the early evening.
